Southern Island Rice Field Introduction
The third-generation small farmer in Guanshan Township, Taitung, cultivates rice with the concept of direct production and sales. They harvest Guanshan rice, which is fully grown in about 120 to 130 days, and use their own grain drying method to preserve the natural "flavor" cultivated through more than eleven processing steps along with sunlight and gentle breezes over those hundred days. They present the sincerity of farm life without going through special refining processes or excessive selection of rice.
