South Island Rice Field Introduction
A third-generation small farmer cultivating in Guanshan Township, Taitung, operates under the concept of self-produced and self-sold products. They harvest Guanshan rice, which is rich and ready within 120 to 130 days. Using their unique drying method, they preserve the natural "flavor" cultivated through over a hundred days of sunlight and gentle breezes, presenting the sincere effort of farmers without relying on elaborate milling processes or excessive selection of rice. Featured products include Guanshan thick-skinned fragrant honey, brown rice hand-stitched bags, Guanshan rice pudding, Jiashang rice, and Yang Yang good rice.
