Yufeng Japanese Snack Introduction
Founded in 1982, Qianfeng Japanese Cuisine (next to Taipei Mackay Memorial Hospital) relocated in 1992 to Yufeng Japanese Cuisine (Nanjing Street, Hualien City). In 1998, it moved again to Yufeng Japanese Snacks (Xingang Street, Hualien City), and in 2007 it relocated to Yufeng Japanese Snacks (Fujian Street, Hualien City). The chef has 30 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and offers unique family-style dishes. The owner recommends the signature pork cutlet rice bowl, hot udon noodles, grilled eel rice, assorted sushi, and fresh sashimi from the harbor. The restaurant is located at the corner of Fujian Street heading towards South Harbor Park along Heping Road, near the Nikko Flower Shop, making it easy to find.
