Established in 1982, Chien Feng Japanese Cuisine (beside Mackay Memorial Hospital in Taipei) relocated in 1992 to Yu Feng Japanese Cuisine (Nanjing Street, Hualien City), and then in 1998 to Yu Feng Japanese Snack (Xingang Street, Hualien City), and again in 2007 to Yu Feng Japanese Snack (Fujian Street, Hualien City). The chef has 30 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and offers distinctive home-style dishes. Recommended signature dishes include pork cutlet rice bowl, hot soba noodles, grilled eel rice, assorted sushi, and fresh sashimi.
