Established in 1982, Chien Feng Japanese Cuisine (next to Taipei Mackay Memorial Hospital) relocated in 1992 to Yu Feng Japanese Cuisine (Nanjing Street, Hualien City). In 1998, it moved again to Yu Feng Japanese Snack (Xingang Street, Hualien City), and in 2007 to Yu Feng Japanese Snack (Fujian Street, Hualien City). The chef has 30 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and offers distinctive family-style dishes. Recommended specialties include the signature pork cutlet rice bowl, udon noodle soup, grilled eel rice, assorted sushi, and fresh sashimi from the port.
