Chunshan Japanese Cuisine Introduction
The bustling Minquan Road in Hualien City, known as the "Hualien Food Street," is a primary battleground for a myriad of dining establishments. At the corner of Minquan Road and Guangfu Street lies an old Japanese house with an eighty-year history, which has become the starting point for three men to embark on a joint venture. As local residents of Hualien, the three partners of "Chunshan Japanese Cuisine" have cherished this historical site and deliberately avoided excessive renovations in order to preserve the original appearance of the old house, continuing to exude its enchanting charm as one of Hualien's landmarks, "No. 108 Guangfu Street Old House." They aspire for "Chunshan Japanese Cuisine" to remain timeless and attract many, just like the old house. "Chunshan" may not feature luxurious decor or Michelin-standard top ingredients and chefs, but visitors can certainly feel the care put into the food and attentive service, enjoying the freshest and most exquisite "Chunshan" dishes. In this spacious and comfortable environment, one can listen to melodious Japanese songs, appreciate the elegant lanterns hand-painted by the cultural treasure Master Wu Dunhou, and savor authentic Japanese cuisine.
