Charlie’s Culinary - Private Cuisine Our new location is situated behind the Hualien Post Office, specializing in business lunch sets, delicious stir-fries, cozy family packages, and private chef dishes. Every day we offer different fresh private dishes! Each of our delightful meals carries traditional flavors while blending with modern tastes, crafted with care to create the best culinary delights. We aim to bring surprise and joy to all food lovers and ensure that friends visiting Hualien can enjoy happy dining experiences. Our private recipes and customized private dishes need to be booked two days in advance by phone, as we use fresh ingredients and must select and purchase them on the morning of dining.
