Charlie Cuisine - Private Kitchen Our new location is situated behind the Hualien Post Office, specializing in business lunch sets, delicious stir-fried dishes, family-friendly meal packages, and private chef's table dishes. We offer different fresh private dishes every day! Each of our delicious dishes carries traditional flavors while combining modern tastes, crafted with care to create the best culinary delights, allowing food lovers to enjoy various surprises and joys. We aim to ensure that friends visiting Hualien can savor delightful dishes. Please note that our private cuisine and customized dishes require a reservation two days in advance, as we use fresh ingredients that must be selected and purchased on the morning of the dining day, and we cannot provide them on-site the same day.
