Charlie's Culinary Art - Private Cuisine Our new location is situated behind the Hualien Post Office, specializing in commercial set meals, delicious stir-fried dishes, family-friendly set menus, and private culinary masterpieces. We offer different fresh private dishes every day! Each of our delectable dishes carries traditional flavors while incorporating modern tastes, crafted with care to provide the best culinary experience. We aim to surprise and delight our guests, allowing those visiting Hualien to enjoy a taste of happiness. Our private cuisine and customized private dishes require a reservation two days in advance, as we use fresh ingredients and select them for procurement on the morning of the dining day.
