Charlie’s Culinary Arts - Private Cuisine Our new location is located behind the Hualien Post Office, specializing in business set meals, delicious stir-fried dishes, family warm套餐, and private gourmet dishes ~ Offering different fresh private dishes every day! Each of our delicious dishes carries traditional flavors while incorporating modern tastes, crafted with care to create the best culinary delights, allowing food lovers to experience different surprises and joys. We aim to let friends visiting Hualien enjoy happy dining experiences. Our private cuisine and customized private dishes require a two-day advance reservation via phone; we cannot provide them on the same day because we use fresh ingredients, which must be selected and purchased in the morning on the day of the meal.
