Charlie’s Culinary - Private Cuisine Our new location is behind the Hualien Post Office. We specialize in business lunch sets, delicious stir-fries, family warm meal packages, and private cooking with exquisite table dishes. Every day, we offer different fresh private dishes! Each delightful dish maintains a traditional flavor while incorporating modern tastes, crafted with care to create the best culinary delights. This allows our patrons to experience various surprises and joys when tasting our cuisine. We also hope that friends visiting Hualien can enjoy happy food. Our private cuisine and customized dishes require a two-day advance reservation by phone, as we use fresh ingredients and must select and purchase them on the morning of the dining day.
