A 50-year-old establishment, this well-known bakery in Keelung has a time-honored reputation. Its craftsmanship has been passed down through generations, preserving the most traditional flavors while also striving to develop new ones. The red bean mochi cake and handmade sachima have not only been awarded as one of the top ten souvenirs in Keelung but have also received the Gold Medal from the Taiwan Bakery and Confectionery Technology Exchange Association.
