Hong Ye Japanese Restaurant is an old establishment in Keelung. After the lease expired, the original chef relocated to Zhongzheng Road to start anew. Initially, the restaurant focused on mid to high-priced offerings, but it has now adopted a family-style Japanese eatery concept. Although the venue is not large, it feels very cozy, and the prices have become much more friendly. Dining here gives off a warm and elegant vibe.
