Cat Town Coffee Introduction
Cat Town Coffee was established in 2014, focusing on self-roasted coffee beans and takeaway coffee. Initially, it operated as a food truck selling high-quality self-roasted coffee beans near Keelung City Hospital. In 2017, it relocated to the Keelung Miao Kou Business District and opened a physical store, offering a diverse range of light meals and desserts. The store creatively incorporates Keelung's local snack, "Jigula" (handmade bamboo tube sausage), into the Western-style hot dog, presenting unique light meal options like "Jigubao" and "Jiguchuan," which are served alongside daily handmade desserts and coffee beverages, blending the local culinary culture of Keelung into a culturally rich café.
