Cat Town Coffee Introduction
Cat Town Coffee was established in 2014, focusing on freshly roasted coffee beans and takeaway coffee. Initially, it operated as a stall near the Keelung City Hospital area, selling high-quality self-roasted coffee beans. In 2017, it moved to the Keelung Temple Night Market area and opened a physical store, which introduced a variety of light meals and desserts. The café creatively merged Keelung’s local snack, "Jigula" (handmade bamboo tubes), into Western cuisine by creating unique light meals such as "Jigu Burger" and "Jigu Skewers," complemented by daily handmade desserts and coffee beverages, making it a cultural café that embodies the local culinary heritage of Keelung.
