Chinese Noodle Shop Introduction
A newly established Chinese noodle shop that initially sold only cold dishes like red bean ice, tapioca pearls, and tofu pudding. About four years later, the owner decided to try selling noodle dishes and, through hard work and dedication, gained significant fame and reputation in the Hsinchu area. The most renowned dish in the shop is the "Ten Full Tea Eggs," which are "crafted" through 36 hours of simmering. It holds an incredible record of selling 2,000 eggs in a single day.
