Chinese Noodle Shop Introduction
A grassroots Chinese noodle shop that originally only sold cold desserts like red bean ice, tapioca balls, and tofu pudding. About four years later, the owner suddenly wanted to try selling noodle dishes and, after a lot of hard work, established a significant reputation and popularity in the Hsinchu area. The most famous item in the shop is the "Ten Wonder Tea Egg," which is "refined" from a 36-hour simmering process. It has an astonishing record of selling two thousand eggs in one day.
