A pioneering Chinese noodle shop that originally sold only cold dishes like red bean ice, tapioca pearls, and douhua. About four years later, the owner suddenly decided to try selling noodles and, after much effort, gained a significant reputation in the Hsinchu area. The shop is most famous for its "Fully Nourished Tea Eggs," which are "refined" after being simmered for 36 hours. It holds an astonishing record of selling 2,000 eggs in a single day.
