A grassroots Chinese noodle shop, initially selling only cold desserts like red bean ice, tapioca balls, and tofu pudding. About four years later, the owner decided to try selling noodle dishes and, after hard work, established a notable reputation in the Hsinchu area. The most famous dish in the shop is the "Ten Full Tea Eggs," which are "crafted" through a 36-hour simmering process, boasting an astonishing record of selling 2,000 eggs in a single day.
