A budding Chinese noodle shop that initially sold only some cold foods like red bean ice, tapioca pearls, and tofu pudding. About four years later, the owner decided to try selling noodles and, after much effort, gained quite a reputation and acclaim in the Hsinchu area. The most famous item in the shop is the "Ten Whole Tea Eggs," which are "refined" after 36 hours of simmering. There has been a remarkable record of selling 2,000 eggs in one day.
