Zhonghua Noodle Shop Introduction
A newly established noodle shop originally only sold cold dishes like red bean ice, tapioca balls, and tofu pudding. About four years later, the owner suddenly decided to try selling noodle dishes and, after much effort, gained significant fame and a good reputation in the Hsinchu area. The most famous dish in the shop is the "Ten Complete Tea Eggs", which are "crafted" after being simmered for 36 hours. It has an astonishing record of selling 2,000 eggs in a single day.
