Chinese Noodle Shop Introduction
The fledgling Chinese noodle shop initially sold just cold foods such as red bean ice, tapioca pearls, and tofu pudding. About four years later, the owner decided to venture into selling noodles, and after dedicated effort, the shop gained considerable fame and reputation in the Hsinchu area. The most renowned item in the store is the "Shiquan tea egg," which is "refined" after being simmered for 36 hours. It boasts an astonishing record of selling 2,000 eggs in one day.
