Zheng Yongxi Tomb Introduction

The Zheng Yongxi Tomb was built in 1869 and is now designated as a national historic site. The cemetery covers a large area and features two rows of stone figures and stone beasts, along with a pair of stone-carved writing pillars. The stone figures are complete with clothing and accessories, and their garments have flowing folds. The craftsmanship of the stone horses, stone goats, and stone tigers is rustic yet detailed, making the sculptural quality one of the finest among ancient tombs in Taiwan, reflecting the grandeur of ancient officialdom.
