In recent years, the business has flourished, and a branch of "Original Night Market Duck Meat Noodle" was opened on Zhongzheng Road. The food in the store is divided into two main categories: boiled and stir-fried. They serve duck meat noodles, duck offals, duck blood, duck intestines, and more. Eating duck meat noodles while they are hot is essential, so the owner insists that the duck meat noodles must be served piping hot. The duck meat is not boiled but steamed. The broth used for the duck meat noodles is made from the soup extracted during the steaming process, ensuring that the soup is exceptionally delicious. The stir-fried duck blood and stir-fried offals in the shop are also highly acclaimed dishes.
