The Zhongda Dumpling and Potstickers Restaurant, known for its signature five-color dumpling skins made from green algae green, carrot chrysanthemum, red yeast rice red, whole wheat, and original flavor, has been standing firm for nearly 20 years, with a steady stream of customers during meal times. The pan-fried potstickers, golden and crispy, have also received widespread acclaim. The latest addition to the menu is the sweet potato leaf dumpling, featuring dumpling skins made from natural health-promoting green algae that contains six times more carotenoids than spinach and a higher vitamin B12 content than beef liver. The filling is made from freshly picked sweet potato leaves, known for their antioxidant, anti-cancer, and hypertension-preventing properties, combined with fresh pork hind leg meat, resulting in a low-oil, guilt-free, and uniquely flavorful dish.
