Cheng-Jia Meat Dumpling King was established three years before the Republic of China era, and it is now run by the third-generation owner, Yang Chao-hui. In 1985, the shop moved to No. 81, Section 2, Jingguo Road. In 2005, in response to the demand from a large gourmet community, a first branch was established at No. 49, Beimen Old Street, near Chenghuang Temple.
