Jin Yi Meatball Culture Hall Introduction
Jin Yi Pang Wan has been dedicated to the spirit of "conscientious products" for 77 years, earning the trust and peace of mind of consumers. In 2002, the "Jin Yi Pang Wan Cultural Center" was established, making it the only story hall in Taiwan themed around pang wan (meatballs). It provides cultural and historical tours of Hsinchu to help more people understand the area. The center offers a DIY experience for making pang wan by hand, allowing visitors to feel as if they have traveled back in time over seventy years, as master craftsmen select meat, grind it, and shape it by hand. Each step in this handmade process is time-consuming and labor-intensive, but seeing customers enjoy the round, juicy pang wan with chopsticks brings satisfaction to both us and the consumers. The "Jin Yi Handmade Da Gong Wan," about the size of a baseball, is made from pure pork that meets national health standards, with a high ratio of selected pork leg meat, resulting in a particularly solid and non-greasy texture, making it a top-selling item! In addition to being used in soups, "Handmade Da Gong Wan" can also be enjoyed through simple cooking methods like steaming, pan-frying, or grilling, allowing the natural flavor of the meat to shine through, with delicious juices fully encapsulated within the meatballs without leaking into the broth. The handmade "Jin Yi Stuffed Gong Wan," which bursts with soup, is filled with rich ingredients like mushrooms, scallions, pork, and water chestnuts. Taking a bite offers a satisfying fullness with the essence of the meat broth bursting in your mouth, providing a delightful experience with rich layers of flavor, making it impossible to stop at just one!
