Jin Yi Kong Wan Cultural Hall Introduction

Jin Yi Meatballs has maintained its spirit of "conscientious products" for 77 years, earning the trust and peace of mind of consumers. In 2002, the "Jin Yi Meatballs Cultural Center" was established, making it the only story museum in Taiwan themed around meatballs. It provides historical tours of Zhukeng for the public, allowing more people to learn about Hsinchu. The museum offers a DIY experience for making meatballs by hand, which transports visitors back over seventy years. The master craftsman selects meat, mixes the batter, and hand-forms the meatballs, a process that is time-consuming and labor-intensive. However, the satisfaction seen in both the guests enjoying the well-formed meatballs and ourselves is truly rewarding. The "Jin Yi Handmade Large Meatball," about the size of a baseball, is made from pure pork that meets national hygiene standards, specially selecting a high proportion of lean pork leg meat, resulting in a particularly firm and non-greasy texture, which has received rave reviews and is a top-selling specialty! Besides being used for soups, "Handmade Large Meatballs" can also be enjoyed in the simplest ways such as steaming, pan-frying, or grilling, allowing one to taste the natural meaty aroma. The savory juices are fully encased within the meatball and not lost in the broth. The handmade "Jin Yi Stuffed Meatball," filled with rich ingredients like mushrooms, scallions, pork, and water chestnuts, bursts with flavor when bitten, giving a satisfying fullness. The essence of the meat broth explodes in the mouth, which is quite delightful. With rich colors, aromas, and layers of taste, eating several won’t make you feel tired of it, leaving you wanting more.
