Jinyi Meatball Cultural Center Introduction
Jin Yi Meatballs has upheld the spirit of "conscientious products" for 77 years, earning the trust and peace of mind of consumers. In 2002, the "Jin Yi Meatball Cultural Center" was established, the only story museum in Taiwan focused on meatballs, offering guided tours of historical sites in Zhulian to help more people learn about Hsinchu. The center features a DIY meatball-making experience, transporting visitors back over seventy years, where skilled craftsmen select meat, prepare the mixture, and hand-shape each meatball. Each step in the handmade process is time-consuming and labor-intensive, but seeing guests savor the round, plump meatballs with chopsticks brings satisfaction to both us and the consumers. The "Jin Yi Handmade Large Meatball," about the size of a baseball, is made from pure pork that meets national health standards, using a high proportion of selected lean pork, resulting in a particularly firm and non-greasy texture, highly praised as our best-selling item! Apart from being used in soups, the "Handmade Large Meatball" can also be enjoyed through simple steaming, pan-frying, or grilling, allowing the natural meaty aroma to shine through, with the delicious meat juice fully encased within the meatball, not lost in the broth. The handmade "Jin Yi Stuffed Meatball" bursts with a rich filling of mushrooms, scallions, pork, and water chestnuts; a single bite offers a satisfying experience of genuine ingredients, exploding with flavorful broth, creating an enjoyable taste sensation with rich layers of color, fragrance, and flavor that leaves you wanting more.
