A-Juan Snack Introduction
"Ajian Snacks," which has been in operation for over 20 years, is a specialized hair crab restaurant frequently featured in newspapers and magazines. The Shuangxi area, with its clear streams, is abundant in hair crabs. Due to the limited amount of crab meat, very few people used to eat them, but the owner, who is skilled in catching hair crabs, decided to give selling them a try. To everyone's surprise, it has been over 20 years since then, and food enthusiasts from various places are attracted by the sweet aroma of hair crabs. During the harvest season from mid-July to before the Lunar New Year, customers arrive punctually at the restaurant. In addition to hair crabs, the owner also offers local specialties such as fried creek fish and stir-fried wild ginger flowers, which are equally popular among diners. Seasonal products (like hair crabs) are available, and the operating hours are approximately from mid-July to December (closed at other times).
