The Qing Shui River in the Shuangxi area is known for its clear waters that produce abundant hair crabs. In the past, when the crab meat was scarce, few people ate them, but the experienced owner decided to try selling them and has successfully done so for over 20 years. Gourmets from various places are attracted by the sweet aroma of hair crabs and come to the restaurant regularly from mid-July until Lunar New Year during the harvest season. In addition to hair crabs, the owner also offers fried river shrimp and stir-fried wild ginger flower, which are popular among diners as well. Seasonal products (like hair crabs) are available from approximately mid-July to December (closed during other times).
