A-Po Sushi

Taipei Foods

For visitors to Yingge, aside from the Ceramic Museum, Ceramic Old Street, and Yingge Stone Mountain Trail, the most important food spot is undoubtedly "A-Po Sushi." A-Po Sushi was originally run by Grandma Li Chen-Ying, who sold sushi along Zhongzheng Road in Yingge. With its unique and delicious flavors, it quickly gained popularity, leading to the moniker of "the grandma selling sushi by the roadside." Eventually, she registered a shop under the name "A-Po Sushi." The dining environment in the two-story building makes enjoying sushi a delightful experience. The restaurant offers more than a dozen varieties of sushi for customers to choose from, all at very reasonable prices, making it both generous and satisfying. The second-generation owner, Chen Ai-Na, stated that the principle of A-Po Sushi is to provide customers with affordable and tasty sushi, which has always been Grandma's commitment since her sushi-making days.
