Yongbo Rubbish Noodles Introduction
In Yingge, there is a unique and affordable delicacy known to the locals as "garbage noodles." The unusual name comes from the murky broth of the dish, which is made by simmering pork bones without straining out the solids. Additionally, special spicy oil is added, giving the dish an unappealing appearance. However, the garbage noodles topped with red fermented pork and roasted meat feature a rich and layered broth. The noodles themselves are ordinary homemade noodles, but when paired with the spicy and fragrant broth and perfectly cooked noodles, along with a slice of red fermented pork, the taste is completely different from what the name suggests.
