Rui San Welfare Restaurant Introduction
The "Rui San Welfare Restaurant," a miner's eatery from the coal mining era, offers delicious and affordable seafood prepared by the owner, including lobster, crab, and crab meat lion's head. The only non-seafood item is the "Sesame Chicken," which is free-range chicken marinated with pepper and salt, then steamed. The whole chicken is coated with plenty of white sesame seeds and a bit of flour before being deep-fried, resulting in a crispy skin that is fragrant with sesame. Paired with tender and juicy chicken meat, it’s truly flavorful. Recommended dishes: Sesame Chicken, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall. Operating hours: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM (For those wishing to dine in the evening, please make a reservation by phone in advance.)
