Ruisan Welfare Restaurant Introduction
The "Rui San Welfare Restaurant," a miner's restaurant from the coal mining era, offers affordable and delicious seafood, including lobster, crab, and crab meat lion's head. The only non-seafood dish is the "Sesame Chicken," made from free-range chicken marinated in pepper and salt, then steamed. The whole chicken is coated with plenty of white sesame and a little flour before being deep-fried, resulting in a crispy skin that is fragrant with sesame, paired with tender and juicy chicken meat for a flavorful experience. Recommended dishes: Sesame Chicken, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall. Business hours: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM, 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM (for evening dining, please make a reservation in advance).
