"Rui San Welfare Restaurant," a miners' restaurant from the coal mining era, offers affordable and delicious seafood prepared by the owner. Dishes include lobster, crab, and crab meat lion's head, with the only non-seafood dish being "Sesame Chicken." The free-range chicken is marinated with pepper and salt, then steamed and coated in plenty of white sesame and a touch of flour before being deep-fried whole.
