The "Rui San Welfare Restaurant," a miner's restaurant from the coal mining era, offers delicious and affordable seafood. They serve lobster, crab, and crab meat lion's head. The only non-seafood dish is the "Sesame Chicken," made from free-range chicken that is marinated with pepper and salt, then steamed. The whole chicken is coated with a generous amount of sesame seeds and a bit of flour before being deep-fried, resulting in a crispy skin that bursts with sesame flavor, paired with tender and juicy chicken.
