Hokuto Coal Mine Park Introduction

The Houtong area was once primarily engaged in coal mining, with attractions including the Coal Transport Bridge, the Ruishan Mining Co. Coal Sorting Plant, the Japanese Shrine, the Jinzibei Ancient Trail, and the Houtong Railway Station. To showcase the historical splendor of Houtong's coal mining industry, a park has been planned, welcoming visitors to experience the beauty of mining and culture. The Vision Hall within the park was formerly the warehouse of the Ruishan Mining Co. and introduces people and events related to the coal mining industry, presenting the unique characteristics of the Houtong area through text and images. In the film "Bad Girl," the protagonist A-Dan's martial arts school is located at the side entrance of the Vision Hall; additionally, the male lead Justin's dream bakery was also filmed here.
