To preserve the Hakka Lei Cha culture, the founder of Wu Gu Tea and Grain has traveled to Hakka villages across Taiwan, embodying the resilient research spirit of a laboratory. By grinding tea leaves into ultra-fine tea powder for a method of drinking tea known as "Shi Cha," new elements have been infused into the traditional Hakka tea served to guests, known as "Lei Cha." With over twenty types of grains, a variety of flavors have been created, aiming to convey the pure taste of earth's grains from a perspective of natural health. This shop is located at the bottom of Jishan Street, in a minimalist and sleek cultural fashion building facing the sea. Its understated elegance allows visitors to enjoy the scenery while reflecting on their thoughts. Here, you can savor a wide range of natural health-promoting Lei Cha, matcha steamed green tea, five-grain beverages, and local gifts. When you visit the old street, you must come to Wu Gu Tea and Grain (Jiufen Tea House) to taste the authentic flavors of the earth.
