Hakka proverb: "Three bowls of lei tea every day, and you will live to ninety-eight." To preserve Hakka lei tea culture, the founder of Wu Gu Tea Grain visited Hakka villages throughout Taiwan, embodying the unyielding spirit of laboratory research. By grinding tea leaves into ultra-fine tea powder, they introduced a modern approach to "eating tea" for the Hakka traditional hospitality tea treat, "lei tea," injecting innovative elements. With over twenty types of grains, a variety of flavors are created, aiming to convey the pure taste of earth's grains based on natural and health-conscious principles. The store is located at the end of Jishan Street, in a minimalist and stylish building facing the sea, featuring an elegant and understated style that allows visitors to appreciate scenic views while calming their thoughts. Here, you can enjoy various natural health-oriented lei teas, matcha steamed green tea, grain-based drinks, and souvenirs. If you visit the old street, be sure to come to Wu Gu Tea Grain (Jiufen Tea House) to savor the authentic flavors of the earth.
