Fengqiang Food Co., Ltd. Introduction
Dong Sheng Pork Shop, located beside Xinglong Elementary School in Tongluo Township, Miaoli County, was established 18 years before the founding of the Republic of China. It specializes in fresh black pork and the production of cured pork, sausages, and scallion oil. These products are essential foods reflecting the frugal lifestyle of the Hakka people during challenging times. In collaboration with the Hsinchu County Farmers' Association, the shop transforms four generations of traditional Hakka cuisine into nostalgic delicacies that suit modern urban tastes. Main products and specifications: Hakka cured pork 300g/package, red fermented rice sausage 500g/box, Hakka scallion oil 450g/jar, and bamboo shoots 400g/package.
