Fengqiang Food Co., Ltd. Introduction
Founded in the 18th year before the Republic of China, Dong Sheng Bo Ben Shop is located next to the old chicken pine village of Tongluo Mountain City in Miaoli. Specializing in fresh black pork and producing various meat products such as salted pork, sausages, and scallion oil, it has been an important food staple for the Hakka people during difficult times. In collaboration with the Hsinchu County Farmers' Association, the shop transforms traditional Hakka delicacies that have been passed down for four generations into nostalgic dishes that cater to modern urban tastes.
