Fengqiang Food Co., Ltd. Introduction
Dongsheng Pork Shop, located next to Xinglong Elementary School in Tongluo Township, Miaoli, was established 18 years before the founding of the Republic of China. It specializes in fresh black pork and produces cured pork, sausages, scallion oil, and other meat products. These items were essential foods for the Hakka community during difficult times. Collaborating with the Hsinchu County Farmers' Association, they have transformed traditional Hakka delicacies passed down through four generations into nostalgic dishes that meet modern metropolitan tastes. Main products and specifications: Hakka cured pork 300g/package, red yeast sausage 500g/box, Hakka scallion oil 450g/jar, and fragrant bamboo shoots 400g/package.
