Boss Li uses his food expertise and creativity to enhance the flavor of the red yeast sorghum sausage by selecting high-quality fresh pork ham, removing membranes, and cutting tendons. He also employs a proprietary recipe and golden ratio to enhance flavor. The color of red yeast rice itself replaces traditional sausage coloring agents, fully embodying the health concept, as it is less greasy than traditional sausages and has a more delicious taste.
