Yen Barbecue - Shalu Branch Introduction
Yen Yan Japanese Charcoal Grill was established in June 2002 and is owned by Huada Management Consulting Co., Ltd. It was founded by two individuals from the class of '67 after observing the dining ecology in Taiwan, opening its first location in Banqiao. By the end of 2003, Yen Yan rapidly expanded throughout the country. The reason for Yen Yan's quick expansion lies in the standardization of each process, allowing franchisees, even those without prior experience, to quickly get on track, recover costs, and generate profits under the guidance of the headquarters. The key to Yen Yan's success also lies in its unique flavors; the Yen Yan team even traveled to Japan to learn about traditional Japanese barbecue sauces, which they then adapted upon returning to Taiwan.
