Yayen Japanese Charcoal Grill - Shalu Branch Introduction
Yeyan Japanese Charcoal Grill was established in June 2002 and is owned by Huada Management Consulting Co., Ltd. It was founded in Banqiao by two graduates from the class of 1983 after observing the dining ecosystem in Taiwan. By the end of 2003, Yeyan rapidly expanded across the country. The reason for this swift expansion is the standardization of each step, allowing franchise owners, even those with no prior experience, to quickly get on track, recover costs, and earn profits with guidance from the headquarters. The key to Yeyan's success also lies in its unique flavors; the Yeyan team even traveled to Japan to study and seek out traditional Japanese barbecue sauces, which they then mixed themselves upon returning to Taiwan.
