Tanzi Stinky Tofu Introduction
The name "Tanzi Stinky Tofu" comes from the fact that the owner's previous generation used to push a cart from Tanzi to Taichung to sell stinky tofu. The stinky tofu here has a different texture compared to Grandma Liang's stinky tofu on Xiangshang Road; each has its own merits. Grandma Liang's tofu is fried to be crispier on the outside, while Tanzi Stinky Tofu retains a softer and juicier texture inside. Additionally, the garlic flavor in the sauce is not as strong, making it a refreshing and enjoyable option in the realm of stinky tofu.
