Taichung Huameijie Danzai Noodles Introduction
Taichung Danzi Noodles embodies a simple and genuine spirit, showcasing a pure aesthetic. The restaurant is run by brothers Zhou Wenshen and Zhou Wenda, who hail from Jiangjun Township in Tainan County and grew up in a fishing village, resulting in their keen sensitivity to seafood ingredients. After graduating from junior high school, they moved to Taipei to learn culinary skills. After years of training, they established Taichung Danzi Noodles in 1986, initially as a roadside stall with six or seven tables, specializing in Danzi noodles and seafood. Customers who tried the dishes quickly became addicted, and its excellent reputation led to rapid success, making it a prestigious seafood restaurant in Taichung. In addition, Danzi Noodles has created a 1,500 ping wedding banquet hall, featuring a palace-style interior, theater-grade lighting and sound, and a high ceiling design allowing for large banquets with hundreds of tables. Its attentive service and luxurious experience have made it the top choice for couples’ wedding celebrations.
