"East Fragrance" is a phrase in Hakka that means "fragrant scent filling the air." The brand name comes from the expression "East Fragrance" that people say each time they roast coffee beans. The coffee beans are sourced from native coffee trees that have been cultivated in Dongshi Hakka Village since 1993. Through our unique handmade fresh roasting technique, we create the distinctive characteristics of Dongshi coffee, which are "refreshing, smooth, and satisfying," while preserving the finest flavors of Hakka culture.
