"Dongxiang" is a phrase in Hakka dialect, pronounced as "dungˊhiongˊ", meaning it smells wonderful and fragrant. The brand name comes from the expression "Dongxiang" that everyone says every time coffee beans are roasted! The coffee beans are sourced from indigenous coffee trees that have been cultivated in Dongshi Hakka Township since 1993. Through a unique hand-roasting technique, we create the distinctive flavors of Dongshi coffee, characterized by its "fresh aroma, smooth taste, and sweet aftertaste," while also preserving the best of Hakka flavor.
