Dong Xiang Coffee Introduction
"Dong Xiang" is derived from the Hakka phrase "東ㄉ ㄨ ㄥ 香ㄏ 一ㄥ (dungˊhiongˊ)," which means it smells delightful and aromatic. The brand name originates from the expression "Dong Xiang" that everyone says every time coffee beans are roasted! The coffee beans come from indigenous coffee trees that have been cultivated in Dongshi Hakka Village since 1993. Using exclusive hand-roasting techniques, we create the unique characteristics of Dongshi coffee, which are "fragrant, smooth, and with a sweet aftertaste," while preserving the finest flavors of Hakka culture.
