Dong Xiang Coffee Introduction
"Dongxiang" is a phrase in Hakka that means "fragrant scent all around" (dungˊhiongˊ). The brand name originates from the saying "Dongxiang" that everyone expresses while roasting coffee beans! The coffee beans are sourced from indigenous coffee trees that have been cultivated in Dongshi Hakka Village since 1993. Using exclusive hand-crafted fresh roasting techniques, we create the unique characteristics of Dongshi coffee, which includes a "delicate fragrance, smooth taste, and sweet aftertaste," while also preserving the finest flavors of Hakka culture.
