"Dung Hiong" is a phrase in Hakka which means "smelling fragrant." The brand name comes from this phrase, as everyone would say "Dung Hiong" whenever the coffee beans are roasted! The coffee beans are sourced from indigenous coffee trees planted in Dongshi Hakka Village since 1993.
