The Shigang Tuliu Hakka Culture Museum is built from the old Liu family house in Tuliu Village, which holds significant Hakka characteristics. The Liu family house is an important symbol in the history of Hakka development in the mountain city. It was completely destroyed in the 921 earthquake, but with the dedicated efforts of the Liu family and the local work team, it was reconstructed over a period of six years to resemble its original appearance, becoming the Tuliu Hakka Culture Museum.
