Dongshi Hakka Cultural Park Introduction

Dongshi Hakka Cultural Park is transformed from the old Dongshi Railway Station, showcasing the characteristics of Hakka culture and connecting with the Dongfeng Bike Trail, becoming one of the unique attractions under the green corridor. The Hakka Cultural Park, renovated from the idle space of the old station's waiting room, features architectural styles of Hakka culture. Inside, it displays Hakka cultural relics and hosts regular exhibitions. The park also plans themed exhibitions related to Hakka food, clothing, residence, transportation, education, and entertainment, introducing industries, language, and cultural characteristics. The ancient Hakka architectural style combined with the old station allows visitors to cross the preserved gate, entering the boundary of the station platform, where one can almost envision the past, as every brick and tile depicts numerous emotions. Behind the cultural park lies the Dongfeng Green Corridor bike path, surrounded by lush greenery and offering distant views of the beautiful mountainous town.
