Tainan City Liuying District Nonghui Tian Mama Introduction
Liuying District's Ba-Weng Dairy Professional Zone is the largest milk-producing area in Taiwan, accounting for one-sixth of the nation's fresh milk production. In addition to supplying major fresh milk manufacturers across the country with raw milk, the remaining milk is transformed into various dairy products by "Tian Mama," guided by the Liuying Farmers' Association. "Nian Nian Bao" insists on pure fresh milk production and is handcrafted. Fresh raw milk is delivered directly from the farm to the factory every morning. Through Tian Mama's skilled hands, it is transformed into delicious and nutritious rice and noodle products. The best-selling items include fresh milk steamed buns, baozi, and flower rolls, made with pure fresh milk without a drop of water. They are soft and fluffy with a subtle milky aroma, and when torn apart, they reveal a dense and delicate texture. The filling of the baozi is perfectly seasoned, with the bamboo shoot and meat bao being fresh and delicious, while the homemade red bean sweet filling has a rich flavor and still contains whole red bean particles. In recent years, they have introduced whole grain and pumpkin health series products, combining high quality with sales.
