Tainan City Liuying District Nonghui Tian Mama Introduction
The Liuying District Bawon Dairy Professional Zone is the largest milk production area in Taiwan, accounting for one-sixth of the country's fresh milk output. In addition to supplying fresh milk to major dairy manufacturers nationwide, the remaining milk is developed into various dairy products by "Mama Tian," who is guided by the Liuying Farmers' Association. "Nn Nn Bao" insists on pure fresh milk production and handmade processes. Every morning, fresh raw milk is delivered directly from the farm to the factory, which is transformed into delicious and nutritious rice noodle products by Mama Tian's skilled hands. Their best-selling products include fresh milk steamed buns, baozi, and twisted rolls, all made with pure fresh milk without adding a single drop of water. They are soft and fluffy with a subtle milky aroma, and when broken apart, they reveal a fine and delicate texture. The filling of the baozi is perfectly seasoned; the bamboo shoot and pork bun is fresh and juicy, while the red bean sweet filling, made from self-stir-fried red beans, is rich and fragrant, with visible red bean chunks. In the past couple of years, they have also launched whole wheat and pumpkin health series products, combining high quality with excellent sales.
