Liouying District's Baweng Dairy Professional Zone is the largest milk production area in Taiwan, accounting for one-sixth of the country's fresh milk output. This fresh milk supplies major dairy manufacturers nationwide, while the remaining milk is processed into various fresh milk products by Tian Mama, guided by the Liouying Farmers' Association. "Nene Bao" insists on pure fresh milk production and handcrafted techniques, using fresh raw milk delivered directly from the farm to the factory every morning. Through Tian Mama's skilled hands, it is transformed into delicious and nutritious rice noodle products. The best-selling items include fresh milk steamed buns, dumplings, and twisted rolls, all made from pure fresh milk without a drop of water. They are soft, aromatic, and have a delicate texture. The dumpling filling is perfectly seasoned, with the bamboo shoot and pork buns being juicy and refreshing, and the homemade sweet red bean paste being rich with discernible red bean pieces. In the past year or two, they have launched a whole grain and pumpkin health series, combining high quality with excellent sales.
