Yang Cheng has been in Tainan for over half a century, located in an alley on Zhongzheng Road. It specializes in Cantonese cuisine, famous for its sweet and sour ribs, Mapo tofu, taro duck, scallion beef, cashew shrimp, and signature oil chicken, which is so delicious it will leave you craving for more. Especially the oil chicken, which is prepared using a special cooking method that leaves the meat slightly red at the bone. Don't worry; this is authentic oil chicken, cooked using a method of half-soaking and half-braising to bring out the chicken's natural sweetness.
