Yang Cheng has been in Tainan for sixty years, located in an alley off Zhongzheng Road, specializing in Cantonese cuisine. Famous dishes include sweet and sour pork ribs, mapo tofu, crispy taro duck, stir-fried beef with scallions, cashew shrimp, and the signature oil chicken, which is so delicious that it will leave you craving for more. Especially the oil chicken, prepared with a special cooking method that leaves the meat slightly red at the bones—don't worry, this is the authentic oil chicken. It is cooked using a method that combines marinating and braising, enhancing the chicken's freshness and sweetness. Our oil chicken is tender even in the breast meat, and it’s not greasy at all.
