Yang Cheng has been in Tainan for over sixty years, located in an alley on Zhongzheng Road, specializing in Cantonese cuisine. It is famous for its sweet and sour ribs, Mapo tofu, taro mud crispy duck, scallion beef, cashew shrimp, and signature oily chicken, which are so delicious that you'll find yourself longing for more. Especially the oily chicken, which is cooked using a special technique that leaves the meat slightly red in the bone. Don’t worry; this is authentic oily chicken, prepared using a half-soak, half-braise method that brings out the sweet freshness of the chicken. Our oily chicken is tender even in the breast meat and won't be greasy to the point of being unappetizing.
