Yang Cheng has been in Tainan for over sixty years, located in an alley on Zhongzheng Road, specializing in Cantonese cuisine. Notable dishes include sweet and sour ribs, Ma Po tofu, crispy taro duck, scallion beef, cashew shrimp, and their signature oil chicken, which is so delicious you'll remember it long after. Especially the oil chicken, prepared using a special cooking method that leaves the chicken cooked with a hint of pink bone. Don't be afraid; this is authentic oil chicken, using a method of half soaking and half braising to bring out the freshness and sweetness of the chicken. Our oil chicken is tender even in the breast meat and not greasy to the point of being off-putting. We welcome more people to taste the great flavors of this old establishment.
