Jia Chang Chicken Rice uses locally sourced native chickens as the main ingredient. They select fresh, locally slaughtered, free-range chickens each day (not frozen), cooking them on-site for fresh servings in the morning and afternoon. The chicken broth, made from simmering the native chickens, is used in their soup offerings. Street food culture is a significant part of Tainan, where the locals have a deep love for gourmet dishes.
