Yipin Beef Soup Introduction
Boss Lin Hui-song, who once released a Taiwanese album, had the opportunity to rise to fame. However, due to his wife’s great love for Tainan's fresh beef, he abandoned his singing career to focus on developing dishes featuring this ingredient. The dishes he creates ensure that customers will return after tasting them, especially for those from northern and central Taiwan who make a trip to the south—they typically call ahead to order before coming to the restaurant. Guests also include the couple Zhang Qiongzi, Guo Taiyuan, and Bai Bingbing. Recommended signature dishes: Braised Oxtail, Beef Shabu-shabu.
