Chang's Farm Introduction
Director Zhang Zhen-Chung, with a love and appreciation for the land, defied his parents' opposition to start a development of refined agricultural organic farming (he has received awards such as Demonstration Farmer and Model Farmer from the Tainan County Government, and the Shennong Award from the Xinshi Township Office). In 1998, he began mixed farming and established this place as an experimental farm. The farm offers a "Support the Farmer Adoption Program," allowing anyone to become a farm owner, experiencing everything from planting and fruit picking to baking and brewing a rich cup of coffee. Visitors can also enjoy a cup of coffee in the "Middle of the Field," relishing the leisurely, fragrant countryside. Everyone is welcome to share in the joy of witnessing the growth and changes in the garden! Agricultural products: Xinshi white wax apple tea, Xinshi flatland coffee. Handcrafted delicacies: coffee cake, chocolate coffee beans, coffee bean dried tofu, coffee iron eggs, white wax apple tea jelly, coffee jelly, etc. Specialty meal: Xinshi traditional rice dish.
