Shantou Quancheng Satay Hot Pot Introduction

"Chuan Cheng Shantou Hot Pot" was established in 1943, starting with six bamboo benches and a pot of satay sauce. This unique satay flavor and delicious broth have been passed down through generations for over half a century, now reaching the third generation. To serve customers in northern Kaohsiung, the young owner, Zhang Ruilin, opened the Yucheng flagship store a few years ago near the Dome Station on Boai Road, allowing this beloved hometown flavor restaurant, cherished by Kaohsiung residents since childhood, to continue to thrive. Of course, the star of this restaurant is the satay. Besides being infused in the broth and served as a dipping sauce, the most popular option is the satay beef. Tender slices of fresh beef, coated with the unique satay sauce, drizzled over noodles and rice, create an exquisite combination that is simply delightful. Paired with various broths, you absolutely cannot miss the premium sirloin and wagyu beef, which are lightly cooked in the steaming hot pot and enjoyed with the exclusive satay sauce—everyone who tries it praises it highly. Additionally, there are dozens of hot pot ingredients and seafood that are purchased fresh daily and available until sold out. To provide more choices for young consumers, they have recently introduced a spicy double pot, featuring a red-white broth paired with jelly duck blood and handmade old tofu. Not only is it available for unlimited supply, but they also offer a fat-cutting tea for free, allowing you to enjoy the food without worrying about a heavy burden on your body.
