Shantou Quancheng Satay Hot Pot Introduction
"Chuan Cheng Shantou Hot Pot" was established in the 32nd year of the Republic of China, starting with six bamboo stools and a jar of satay sauce. This unique flavor of satay and delicious broth has been passed down for over half a century, now reaching the third generation. To serve customers in northern Kaohsiung, the young owner, Zhang Ruilin, opened the Yu Cheng flagship store a few years ago near the Juge Station on Bo'ai Road, allowing this beloved hometown taste from childhood to continue today. The star of this restaurant is the satay, which is integrated into the broth and served as a dipping sauce, with the most popular choice being the satay beef. Tender, fresh slices of beef coated in the special flavored satay sauce drizzled over noodles and rice create an exquisite pairing that is simply delicious. Paired with various broths, you cannot miss the premium sirloin and marbled beef, briefly cooked in the steaming hot pot and complemented by the exclusive satay sauce. Diners have all praised it, and in addition, there are dozens of hot pot ingredients and seafood, all sourced fresh daily until sold out. To offer young consumers more choices, they have now introduced a spicy dual-pot, with red and white broth bases paired with jelly duck blood and handmade old tofu. Not only is there unlimited supply, but they also provide oil-reducing detox tea, allowing you to enjoy the food without worrying about physical burdens.
