A poem of divination, six sacred divinations, under the encouragement of Mazu, Yu Zhen Xin began her pastry business. Over the past half a century, from being a newcomer to becoming a renowned pastry expert in Taiwan, we have always held onto a fundamental principle: "Let those who care for us feel honored." Yu Zhen Xin's pastries do not involve any exclusive secret recipes; all that exists is a heart that cares for customers and a commitment to quality ingredients. To meet the needs of the devotees and locals who visit the Dajia Mazu Temple and follow a vegetarian diet, Yu Zhen Xin switched to a recipe using natural cream instead of traditional lard, resulting in the creation of the now-famous "Butter Crisp." This led Yu Zhen Xin to be recognized as the hometown of Butter Crisp.
