Fenchifu The Pure, a well-known rice food spot in Chiayi, offers not only turkey rice but also the Fenchihu bento! Recently, there's a "Very Chiayi" option, the Chiayi limited edition "Fenchifu Pork Bento Flavor" launched by Guai Guai, made with rice from the locally grown "Tai-Nong No. 82" variety. Buying this as a gift clearly signifies it's from Chiayi. Fenchifu, aiming to promote Taiwanese rice, touts "simple and additive-free rice crackers suitable for ages 0 to 99." Established in 2013 on Fenchihu Old Street, they expanded to Kuai Yi Sen Huo Village in 2018 and opened the "Fenchifu Rice Cracker Happiness Concept Store" in 2022, showcasing the journey of rice from field to table, with the goal of being the most interesting rice cracker shop in Taiwan. Fenchifu The Pure, located at 153 Siwei Road, West District, Chiayi City, features a clean and bright style, welcoming influencers and families for visits and photos. Inside, you can purchase signature rice crackers, golden rice bricks, as well as the limited Chiayi rice "Happiness No. 82." There are also rice cracker machines, allowing everyone to relive the nostalgic moments of watching popcorn being popped.
