The spacious tree-lined avenues of Zhongxiao Road and Shih-Hsien Road in Chiayi City feature large green spaces, and the city's transportation department has planned bike lanes, allowing the public to cycle amidst greenery. Shih-Hsien Road is an important outer ring road in Chiayi City, reaching 90 meters wide, with an eight-lane main road flanked by wide green belts and forests. The bike lane winds through these wooded areas. As you ride along Shih-Hsien Road, even if cars are speeding by outside, cyclists remain unaffected. Each segment of the Shih-Hsien Road bike lane offers different scenery, each with its own charm.
