The spacious boulevards of Zhong Hsiao Road and Shih Hsien Road in Chiayi City feature large green spaces, and the city's transportation department has planned bike lanes that allow citizens to enjoy cycling amid the greenery. Shih Hsien Road is an important outer ring road in Chiayi City, with a width of 90 meters and eight lanes, flanked by wide green belts and forests, where the bike lane meanders through the woods. As you progress along Shih Hsien Road, even if cars are moving fast outside, cyclists are not affected at all. Each section of the bike lane on Shih Hsien Road offers different scenery, each with its unique charm. The road features not only concrete surfaces but also brick pathways, which add enjoyment with varied terrains!
