Mei-Zhen Railway Cakes: A Favorite Among Tourists Nestled at the end of the famous "Old Street" in Fenqihu, there is a well-known bakery—Tian Mei-Zhen—which has been passed down through three generations and has a history of seventy years. The founder, Mr. Liu Tong-Ren, established the first bakery in Fenqihu. In the second generation, the owner, Mr. Liu Yi-Ji, creatively printed two early steam locomotive designs on the cake's skin and named it "Railway Cake," a clever idea that quickly won the hearts of tourists.
