Ruyi Stinky Tofu Introduction
This old-fashioned stinky tofu eatery has a history of 50 years, now being run by the third generation. The signature stinky tofu and crispy stinky tofu attract food enthusiasts from afar. The owner emphasizes that the stinky tofu is marinated in a purely handmade aged marinade, which makes it exceptionally textured and flavorful. Paired with rich and smooth pig's blood soup and black wheel soup, it offers great value and delicious taste. The stinky tofu here is larger than the commonly seen fried cubes, and to control quality, the frying temperature is managed using a fryer. This results in a crispy exterior and soft interior, complemented by sweet and sour pickled cabbage, creating a rich layering of flavors. The establishment has been featured in the Sanlih TV program "Heartfelt Views of Taiwan" and Tainan County's monthly magazine "Nanying New Image."
