Ruyi Stinky Tofu Introduction
A long-established stinky tofu snack shop, it has been inherited for three generations and boasts a 50-year history. The signature stinky tofu and crispy stinky tofu attract food enthusiasts from afar. The owner emphasizes that the stinky tofu is marinated in a purely handmade old brine, resulting in a solid texture and a particularly delicate taste. Paired with rich and smooth pig blood soup and black wheel soup, it offers great value and deliciousness. Typically, the stinky tofu we commonly see is cut into small pieces and fried to be crispy, but here the stinky tofu is larger. To control quality, an oil fryer is used to manage the frying temperature, ensuring a crispy exterior and soft interior, complemented by sweet and sour pickled vegetables for a rich layered flavor. The shop has been featured in the Sanlih E-Television program "Listening to Taiwan" and Tainan County's monthly publication "Nanying New Image."
