Outsiders Noodles Introduction
A bowl of exquisite provincial noodles with a twist. Through a series of fortunate events, owner Liu Yongmao met an elderly veteran, Uncle Ye, who is originally from the province. Uncle Ye has been making noodles for forty years and, due to his age, hopes to pass on his craft. Perhaps it’s because the owner and Uncle Ye share a special bond! Thus, the owner inherited Uncle Ye's provincial noodles. To keep up with contemporary trends, the owner continuously modifies the recipes while ensuring that the traditional flavors and delightful tastes are preserved.
