Inheriting the Great Noodles from Dad On Minquan Road in Ming Hsiung Township, there is a restaurant called "Qinan Yi Mian" that has a history of forty years. At first glance, the name might be mistaken for "Tainan Yi Mian," but it is actually named after the owner’s father, Huang Qinan. The locals refer to it as 'Qinan Yi Mian.' The most popular dish in the restaurant is the dry Yi Mian, which is made from high-gluten flour that makes the noodles exceptionally smooth and chewy.
