Inheriting Dad's Wonderful Noodles Located on Minquan Road in Minxiong Township, there is a store named "Qinan Yi Noodle" which has a history of forty years. At first glance, the character "啟" might mislead one to think it refers to "Tainan Yi Noodle," but it is actually named after the owner's father, Huang Qinan. Locals often call it "Qinan Yi Noodle." The most popular dish in the restaurant is the dry Yi Noodle, made with high-gluten flour, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and chewy noodle texture.
