Inheriting Dad's Great Noodles Located on Minquan Road in Ming Hsiung Township, a restaurant named "Qinan Yi Noodles" has a history of forty years. At first glance, the character "Qi" may lead one to mistakenly think it is "Tainan Yi Noodles," but it is actually named after the owner’s father's name, Huang Qinan. Locals refer to it as "Qinan Yi Noodles." The most popular dish in the restaurant is the dry Yi noodles, made from high-gluten flour, giving the noodles a particularly smooth and chewy texture.
