Inheriting Dad's Fine Noodles On Minquan Road in Minxiong Township, there is a restaurant named "Qinan Yi Mian" that has a history of forty years. At first glance, the character "啟" might be mistaken for "Tainan Yi Mian," but it is actually named after the owner’s father, Huang Qinan. Locals commonly refer to it as "Qinan Yi Mian." The restaurant's signature dish is the dry Yi Mian, made with high-gluten flour, resulting in particularly smooth and chewy noodles.
