Located in the Suan Tou Vegetable Market, the old shop of large intestine sausage has been in operation for several decades, passed down from the first generation. The second-generation owner, Ms. Chen Yun-He, said while grilling the sausages, "When I took over the stall from my mother-in-law, my son had just started elementary school, and now it's been sixteen years." The red-hot charcoal fire blazes as the owner continuously flips the sausages and rice sausages, then slices them and drizzles sauce on top, adding slices of ginger and cloves of garlic.
