Hsing Wong Bakery, located in the Garlic Market of Suantou Village, Liujiao Township, Chiayi County, is right next door to the former residence of Asian rock king "Wu Bai." Established in 1948, it has a history of over 60 years. From my grandfather to my father, to me, and now to my son's generation, it has been passed down to the fourth generation, amassing a century's worth of pastry-making experience while consistently maintaining its tradition.
