Mercato Pizza (Opening on April 1, 2025) [Magong City] Introduction
Mercato Pizza, hailing from the passionate Penghu Islands, offers high-quality seafood pizzas and is the first cloud pizza specialty store in Taiwan. In 2019, owner Liya traveled to Naples, Italy, to learn the trendy "cloud dough" style, which is inherited from the traditional Neapolitan pizza's thin crust. Made with Italian flour and sourdough through two fermentation processes and three procedures, the crust is topped with a generous selection of ingredients and baked in an Italian-imported oven, resulting in a characteristic leopard-patterned crust. The pizza crust is airy, soft, and chewy. We meticulously craft every detail of our pizzas to provide you with the best quality! We hope you will enjoy it :)
