Heart Planted Tea - Sun Moon Lake Black Tea, Organic Farming Introduction
Xin Zai is a local small farm dedicated to producing and selling its own products in Yuchi Township, Nantou County. The main product of the "Xin Zai" black tea series is the locally sourced Sun Moon Lake black tea. We cultivate fine tea with dedication using organic farming methods, employing the closest practices to nature without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. We respect nature by managing with grass growth and allowing the crops to grow in harmony with their environment with minimal intervention. Although it is filled with hardships and challenges, only by returning the land to its original health can we nurture tea that is rich in genuine flavor and natural aroma. Although we lack a glorious historical background, we are driven by the intention to return to pure nature, embracing our original intentions and rekindling the passion that comes from our hearts, persisting in our ideals.
