The main product of the "Xin Zai" black tea series is the locally sourced black tea from Sun Moon Lake. We cultivate high-quality tea with great care using organic and natural farming methods, employing pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free practices that respect nature. By managing with cover crops and minimizing intervention, we allow crops and the environment to grow together harmoniously. Although the journey is filled with hardships and challenges, we believe that nurturing the land back to its original health will yield tea rich in natural flavor and aroma.
