In the Ubud Rainforest restaurant, all the furniture, decorations, and building materials come from Indonesia. Many facilities were personally supervised by the owner, Liang Cheng-bin, who oversaw the construction locally, disassembling the pieces after marking them, shipping them to Taiwan, and then reassembling them according to the labels. The dishes at Ubud Rainforest are also crafted by Liang Cheng-bin himself, as the hired chefs were accustomed to making heavily spiced "flavored dishes," which did not align with the owner's belief that "freshness is delicious, and true skill lies in the original flavor." Therefore, the owner went to Indonesia to learn authentic cooking techniques, insisting on using natural, fresh ingredients and emphasizing health-conscious dining! It is hoped that visitors to Ubud Rainforest can enjoy a relaxed and leisurely atmosphere, savoring characteristic Southeast Asian cuisine while feeling the gentle breeze, listening to the sounds of nature, and appreciating the beautiful scenery, creating a calming experience as if they were in a foreign land!
