Changtian Coffee House Introduction
"Operating a café in Dongyin is challenging, but no matter what, I’ve managed to make it through. During the peak of karaoke, many businesses transformed into karaoke lounges, but I believe opening a café that aligns with my ideal vision has always been a beautiful dream. The café is a static space; in the past, soldiers would come in, listen to music, and write letters to their loved ones or family. The photos on the wall showcase the plants from Dongyin from January to December; each season presents a different ecological diversity, and it is currently the season for the blooming of miscanthus grass, followed by the red spider lily. 'Changti' has been in operation for twenty-six years, serving handcrafted coffee and Western cuisine. The idea of opening a café stemmed from the realization that Dongyin lacked a comfortable café. After graduation, I returned home to collaborate with my younger brother. The owner even traveled to Taiwan for research, visiting over a dozen cafes in a single day and enjoying just as many cups of coffee. The owner believes that the greatest feature of 'Changti' is not the food or the coffee; it’s the genuine warmth and relaxed atmosphere."
