Long Bridge Cafe Introduction
"It's not easy to run a café in Dongyin, but no matter what, I've managed to get through. During the heyday of karaoke, many establishments transitioned to doing karaoke, but I believe starting the ideal shop I've always dreamed of has been a beautiful aspiration. A café is a static place; in the past, soldiers would come in, listen to music, and write letters to their loved ones or family. The photos on the wall showcase the plants from Dongyin from January to December. Dongyin has different plant ecologies in each season, and it's currently the season for blooming silvergrass, and soon we will see red spider lilies. 'Changti' has been in operation for twenty-six years, serving handcrafted coffee and Western cuisine. The idea to open the shop stemmed from the feeling that Dongyin never had a comfortable café. After graduating, I returned home to collaborate with my brother. For this, the owner even traveled to Taiwan for research, visiting more than ten cafés in a single day and drinking just as many cups of coffee. The owner believes that the greatest feature of 'Changti' is not the food, not the coffee, but the deep passion and relaxed atmosphere."
