As the consumer structure of the island changed, the home-cooked dishes from the Tsai family became the designated delicacies on customers' tables. Adhering to the principle of "coming to Dongyin to taste authentic Dongyin cuisine," it officially replaced the café with "Water Plant Kitchen" in 2017. The restaurant features the Tsai family's private dish menu, with exquisite and comfortable interior decoration. Note: The private dish menu is only available from April to October each year, and it is recommended to make a reservation in advance; from November to March, during the off-peak winter tourist season, this place becomes a wild mullet roe factory, with excellent quality and flavor, making it a favorite among gourmets.
