Adhering to the motto "Eat authentic Dongyin cuisine here," it officially changed its name to "Hsing Tsai Kitchen" in 2017. The restaurant features a menu-less dining experience centered around Cai family's homestyle cooking, with exquisite and comfortable interior decor. The atmosphere varies between lunch and dinner, but the deliciousness remains unchanged. If you want to enjoy the warmth of Dongyin homestyle dishes, come to "Chang Ti Hsing Tsai Kitchen." Note: The menu-less dining is only available from April to October each year, and it is recommended to make reservations in advance; during the off-season from November to March, it transforms into a wild mullet roe factory, offering high quality and delicious flavors, making it a favorite among food enthusiasts.
