Yangti Kitchen Introduction
Before becoming Xung Tsai Kitchen, Chang Di was a coffee shop that retained the charm of the 1980s, focusing on Western-style casual dining. With the changing consumer structure on the island, the family recipes from the Tsai family became the designated delicacies on customers' tables. Upholding the principle of "tasting authentic Dongyin cuisine in Dongyin," it officially replaced the coffee shop with "Xung Tsai Kitchen" in 2017. The restaurant specializes in Tsai family private dishes with a menu-less dining concept, featuring exquisite and comfortable interior decor. The atmosphere varies between lunch and dinner, but the deliciousness remains unchanged. If you want to savor the warmth of Dongyin homemade cooking, come to "Chang Di Xung Tsai Kitchen." Note: The menu-less dining is only available from April to October each year, and it is recommended to make a reservation in advance; during the winter tourist off-season from November to March, this place becomes a wild mullet roe factory, known for its excellent quality and taste, making it a hidden gem for gourmets.
