Chang Ti Water Plant Kitchen Introduction
Before becoming Xiangcai Kitchen, Changdi was a coffee shop that retained the charm of the 1980s, focusing on Western-style light meals. With changes in the consumer structure of the island, the private dishes of the Tsai family became designated delicacies for customers. Upholding the motto "Enjoy authentic Dongyin cuisine here," it officially transitioned to "Xiangcai Kitchen" in 2017, replacing the coffee shop. The restaurant specializes in the Tsai family's private menu without a fixed menu, with exquisite and comfortable interior decor. The atmosphere differs between lunch and dinner, but the deliciousness remains unchanged. If you want to savor the warmth of Dongyin home cooking, come to "Changdi Xiangcai Kitchen." Note: The omakase-style dining is only available from April to October each year, and it is recommended to make a reservation in advance. From November to March, during the winter tourism off-season, it becomes a factory for wild mullet roe, known for its high quality and excellent taste, making it a hidden gem among food enthusiasts.
