Lin Yi-He Workshop Introduction
Lin Yi-Ho, who lived a brief 31 years, is a legendary figure in the region. His descendants, inspired by the tales passed down from the older generation, have renovated his former residence and centered their offerings around traditional brewing techniques, featuring vinegar products and pickled goods. In addition to handcrafted vinegar, handmade radish sauce, and dried anchovies, the owner also offers DIY activities for making traditional rice wine and egg rolls. Participants need to make reservations in advance, as each session can accommodate about 40 people. However, since there is only one machine for making egg rolls, not everyone will be able to participate at once, so the owner recommends keeping the DIY group size small. At Lin Yi-Ho's Workshop, visitors can enjoy the DIY experiences while listening to stories about Lin Yi-Ho's life and venture outdoors to admire some of the most beautiful sunsets in Matsu, making for an incredibly pleasant experience.
