Lin Yi-He Workshop Introduction

Lin Yi He, whose life lasted only a brief 31 years, is a legendary figure in Sihwei. His descendants learned of his deeds from the older residents and decided to renovate his former residence. Keeping the traditional brewing techniques alive, they now offer vinegar products and pickled items. In addition to handmade vinegar and handmade radish sauce, as well as dried fish, the owner also launched DIY activities for traditional rice wine and egg rolls. Participants must make a reservation in advance with the owner, as each session can accommodate around 40 people; however, since there is only one machine for making egg rolls, if there are too many participants, not everyone can experience it. At Lin Yi He Workshop, aside from DIY activities, the owner also shares the story of Lin Yi He, allowing participants to enjoy crafting while listening to tales from the past, as well as admire the most beautiful sunset in all of Matsu outdoors, making for a truly delightful experience.
