Lin Yi He Workshop Introduction

Lin Yi-he lived a short life of only 31 years, yet he is a legendary figure of the four-dimensional realm. His descendants learned about his exploits from the older residents and, feeling inspired, renovated Lin Yi-he's old residence. They focused on the traditional brewing techniques passed down through generations, offering vinegar products and pickled goods. In addition to handmade vinegar, handmade radish sauce, and anchovies, the owner also launched DIY activities for traditional rice wine and egg rolls. Participants need to make reservations in advance with the owner, and each session can accommodate around 40 people. However, since there is only one machine for making egg rolls, not everyone can experience it if the number is too large, so the owner suggests keeping the DIY sessions for egg rolls to a smaller group. At Lin Yi-he's Workshop, in addition to DIY activities, the owner shares stories of Lin Yi-he from back in the day. While enjoying crafting, guests can listen to these stories and appreciate the most beautiful sunset of Matsu outdoors, creating a truly pleasant experience.
