The owner, Li Muxing, returned to his hometown after retirement from Taiwan and operates the Pearl of Eastern Fujian Leisure and Cultural Restaurant in Matsu Harbor. The Pearl of Eastern Fujian Arts and Culture Leisure Restaurant is located in the center of Matsu Village in Nangan Township and is a restaurant featuring local flavors with a distinctive local style.
