Siwei Madam Village Introduction

Located at the western tip of Nangan, Furen Village is sparsely populated. In the past, there were more than 20 households with over 100 residents. However, around 1970, like other villages, Furen Village began to experience significant population decline, gradually becoming a desolate area, causing this beautiful bay to remain submerged in wilderness for nearly 20 to 30 years. Furen Village is nestled against the mountains and faces the sea, with Fuao Harbor, the current hub for the small three links, right in front, where the Taiwan-Matsu ferry docks. The quiet village, combined with the bustling scenes of people coming and going, creates a unique picture. Additionally, don't forget to visit the distinctive "Furen Café" when you come to Furen Village. The café also features a guesthouse, making Furen Guesthouse a good choice for backpackers unsure of where to stay.
